April 1, 2007 - Sergio Giovanelli joins the Navixia operational team as a Security Architect.

A confirmed networking and telecom expert, Security Architect Sergio Giovanelli has more than 10 years' specialist experience in the field of information security. An electronics engineer, he worked on hardware and software engineering projects before specialising in networking, telecoms, then security. Sergio spent ten years as a senior security engineer with a major integrator, two of which as Head of the security team for Switzerland. As a result, he has a comprensive hands-on experience of designing, installing and maintaining security solutions in companies large and small. Sergio has a thorough knowledge of peripheral security, and his extensive experience of e-mail security issues make him a top expert in that field.
